What to Make of Tab Trade - Launched March 2026, Here Is the Deal

The Broker — The Short Version

Tab Trade went live in March 2026. Online broker based in Saint Lucia, under Saint Lucia's FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, an well-known broker.

That last detail matters. It means the founder is not figuring it out from scratch. That is not a guarantee. Still more reassuring than a random name you cannot trace.

The broker opened with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same infrastructure institutional desks use. Usually a new brokerage starts with a white-label MT4 setup. These guys led with infrastructure. Not the typical playbook.

Market coverage: forex, indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. Over 1,000 instruments. For a broker that launched in March 2026, the breadth is not narrow.

What You Trade On

You get: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and a browser platform. Two major platforms from the same login. Most brokers only give you one or the other. Access to both matters. Pick what suits your style.

MT5 is the default. Full charting, Expert Advisors, huge user base. If you have used MT4 or MT5 previously, you know exactly what you are getting.

cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Better DOM. Faster charting. Built-in algo trading. Plenty of traders prefer it after comparing.

FIX API is offered for algo traders but needs the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView charting is reportedly in the works. That should round things out once it is live.

Accounts and Pricing

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. Zero commission. Simple. Zero deposit requirement. Suits anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On liquid pairs, the raw spread is often below 0.2 pips. So your actual cost per trade sometimes sits below 0.5 pips. That is good for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that run raw pricing at this level want $500 or more to open. TabTrade has no minimum.

VIP. $25k to open. FIX API, faster fills, tailored rates. Not relevant to typical accounts. Do not worry about it unless you run serious volume.

Execution Speed

This is where TabTrade actually does something different. Equinix data centres. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. Those are institutional numbers. Most retail brokers operate at a much wider range.

Should you care? If you trade small timeframes, absolutely. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is the difference between. If you swing trade, you will not notice. What matters is they invested in proper execution. That says what kind of broker this is.

Combine that infrastructure with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and what you get is strong. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit offer execution like this.

The FSRA Question

Here is the detail that requires honesty. TabTrade is licensed by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No ASIC. No investor compensation scheme. If the lack of tier-1 regulation is a problem for you, look elsewhere. Plenty of FCA-regulated options out there.

But. The founder built his career at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The execution setup is not cheap. Scam brokers do not bother with Equinix connectivity. This does not replace tier-1 regulation. But be part of your decision.

The deal: you trade regulatory safety. What you get instead: 1:1000 leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether this deal works is your call.

Deposit Bonus

Tab Trade runs bonus funds of up to $2,000. Standard welcome offer. You deposit, they credit extra capital. Standard terms apply: trading volume requirements before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Read the conditions before you commit.

Everything in one place, with regulation, withdrawals, pricing, read more and the bonus terms, is at TradeTheDay.
