Tab Trade - What Traders Should Know

The Broker - What It IsTab Trade went live in Q1 2026. CFD broker registered in Saint Lucia, under Saint Lucia's FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, a New Zealand-regulated broker. His background tells you something. It says the person running this knows how a proper broker operates. That is not a guarantee. Still more reassuring than a random name you cannot trace. The broker opened with execution through Equinix servers. Same facilities prime brokers run on. Usually a new brokerage focuses on ads and sign-up promos. Tab Trade did the opposite. Interesting choice. What you can trade: FX, indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, equities, crypto, exchange-traded funds. 1,000+. For a platform that launched in March 2026, the breadth is not narrow. What You Trade OnYou get: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and a browser platform. Both MT5 and cTrader from one account. Most brokers only give you one or the other. Access to both matters. Use whichever you prefer.MetaTrader 5 is what most people know. Full charting, Expert Advisors, massive community. If you have traded on MetaTrader before, you know exactly what you are getting.cTrader by Spotware is the cleaner option. Cleaner order book. Smoother chart interaction. cBot support. A lot of traders find it more natural after comparing.FIX API is offered for bots but requires the VIP tier ($25,000 deposit). TradingView is apparently on the roadmap. That would round things out once it is live.Accounts and PricingThree tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.Standard account. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. No commission. Straightforward. Zero deposit requirement. Good for people who want simple pricing.Edge. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is often below 0.2 pips. So your actual cost per trade can be below 0.5 pips. That is hard to beat for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most brokers that offer pricing like this want $500 or more to open. TabTrade does not.VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, execution under 20ms, negotiated fees. Not relevant to typical accounts. Do not worry about it unless you move real size.InfrastructureThe speed is the area where Tab Trade separates from most new launches. Equinix data centres. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. That is not marketing fluff. The average platform run 100ms to 300ms.Should you care? If you trade small timeframes, absolutely. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is catching the move or missing it. If you hold positions longer, you will not notice. What matters is the setup is serious. That is they are not cutting corners on the tech.Pair that execution speed with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and what you get holds up. Not many platforms at this price point have infrastructure at this level.RegulationHere is the part that requires honesty. TabTrade is licensed by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is tier-3. No CySEC. No government-backed safety net. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight makes you uncomfortable, look elsewhere. Plenty of FCA-regulated options out there.However. The founder spent years at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The Equinix infrastructure costs real money. Dodgy operations do not bother with proper execution infrastructure. None of this guarantee anything. It should inform how you think about it.The deal: you trade regulatory safety. What you get instead: high leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether that works is your call.Deposit BonusTabTrade runs a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Usual sign-up bonus. You fund your account, they credit extra capital. The normal fine print: minimum lots traded before you can withdraw the bonus. Check the terms before you deposit. The full review, with the full fee table, withdrawal tabtrade policies, and regulatory details, is at Trade The Day.
